LYNDA ESPOSITO is Online Projects Manager in Commercial Sales for Elsevier. The Commercial Sales organization supports more than $100 million in product revenue through display, recruitment, reprints, sponsored supplements, and special projects advertising delivered via print and online.

Prior to her current position, Lynda was Director, Training and Project Management of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, the leading provider of client development solutions for the legal profession. In this position, Lynda helped transform the sales team from primarily focusing on selling print advertising to positioning web solutions which resulted in increased revenue from $130.4 million to $148.5 million.

Prior to joining LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, Lynda held a number of positions at Dun & Bradstreet over a 20-year span, including Director of Training & Development, Director of Communications, Account Manager, and Relationship Manager. While at Dun & Bradstreet, she managed over $2M of account revenue, growing account base by 15% in first year, maintained grew existing third-party reselling efforts by 35%, and led cross-functional teams in account analysis activities to increase account revenues and retention from July 1996 – July 1997. In 1997-1999, she created and managed executive communication strategy, sales policy, and sales results to North America sales force. She also established performance benchmarks and managed rigorous certification process to elevate level of customer contacts and consultative selling as well as certified 200 associates within three weeks, resulting in 18% increase in revenue after six months from July 1999 to February 2004.

Lynda currently resides in Center Valley, PA with her husband and their two children.
