AAP Files Amicus Brief in Eldred v. Ashcroft

On August 5, AAP, along with a number of composers, artists, and playwrights (or their heirs), filed an amicus curiae brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in Eldred v. Ashcroft, a case challenging the constitutionality of the 1998 Copyright Term Expension Act.
